Parking

There’s plenty of parking in the Broadway District! But the truth is, Broadway is best enjoyed by foot or bike! With easy transit access and over 100 bikes racks in the district, Broadway is a pedestrian paradise!

If pedestrian transportation isn’t your thing, Broadway also has an abundance of metered parking spots, which are great for quick shopping needs and dining excursions. Currently, parking meters require payment from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Mondays through Saturdays. Payment options and hourly rates are displayed on all parking stations. Time limits for meters in the District vary depending on locations, with the majority being 90 minutes or 2 hours. Sundays and Statutory Holidays do not require payment.

In 2015, The City of Saskatoon introduced the FlexParking pay station system throughout the city’s commercial sectors. The FlexParking Pay station system enables drivers to pay with the currency of their choice and to park at various locations throughout the city on a single payment. The new machines are solar powered and paper free (Broadway loves green initiatives!), with an option for printed receipt. Payment options and hourly rates are displayed on parking stations. Stations accept coins (quarters, loonies, and toonies), credit cards, and the NEW City Parking Card.
