Notice. Connect & Repair: FREE Trauma-Informed Parenting Program
October 5 @ 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Join us for three evenings in October for an in-person, interactive, and trauma-informed learning experience, presented in partnership with Parenting in the Storm. Notice, Connect & Repair combines guided reflection, practical tools, facilitated discussion, experiential learning, and real-life examples to support participants to see manageable, sustainable change.
This FREE series will support caregivers to:
- Better understand themselves
- Communicate more intentionally
- Strengthen relationships
- Repair when things go wrong
The sessions will be held in person, and participants are expected to attend all three sessions.
Session dates are:
NOTICE – October 5, 2026; Session 1: What do I bring to the storm?
CONNECT – October 19, 2026; Session 2: How do I stay connected when emotions run high?
REPAIR – October 26, 2026; Session 3: How do we reconnect after disconnection?
