Women’s Wellness Retreat- Breast Self- Care
April 25 @ 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
A whole-day event focusing on breast self-care. The day begins with meditation, promoting body and breast positivity. Afterwards, Pam teaches a specialized breast and chest health yoga class. We will then discuss changes in breast tissue, self-massage tips, a creative workshop, walking outdoors by the labyrinth, and mindful movement. Ending with free time and a closing circle. Lunch provided
