Broadway Spaces Booking Form

Broadway Avenue is a busy place all summer long and this year we are offering free outdoor spaces for individuals or groups interested in performing on Broadway’s community patio, Little Stone Stage and busking corner!

Performances could include: musicians – solo singers/guitarists, bands, string quartets, percussion acts; dancers – hip hop, breakdancers, cultural dances; and circus performers – jugglers, acrobats, contortionists. Examples of events on the patio include art and fitness classes, dance demonstrations and catered lunches or dinners.

If selected on your requested date(s), you will be allowed to sell recordings and/or merchandise related to your performance/event at or after your performance/event. You will need to supply all of your own equipment. The only space that has access to power is the Little Stone Stage. The patio has built in benches, and five tables with umbrellas that can be used for seating or moved to the side for performances.

If you are interested in performing at the Little Stone Stage, busking on Broadway and 10th Street West, or hosting an event on the community patio, please fill out the form below. Completing this form does not guarantee a space however it indicates to us that you are interested in performing during the summer as a busker or street performer or hosting an event on the patio. PLEASE NOTE: Busking is not a paid position but rather an opportunity to play in a public place for voluntary donations.

• I understand and agree that I am responsible for cleaning up after my event and disposing of all trash appropriately.
• I agree to abide by the community’s noise policy and other behavioral guidelines.
• I agree to notify the Broadway BID immediately if any damages or incidents occur during the event.
• I understand that alcohol is not permitted to be served or consumed within the booked space.
• I accept that the Broadway BID reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergency).
• I agree to be held responsible for any damage to property during my event.

• Safety and Security: By booking any of the BBID spaces, I agree to follow all local safety regulations and community rules. I am responsible for providing security or a designated responsible adult during the event. If there is a plan to include decorations, lighting, or temporary structures such as tents, I will provide details. I agree to remove all decorations and equipment at the end of the event, ensuring the space is left in the same condition as before the performance. Additionally, I will have a plan in place for handling emergencies or medical situations. As these are shared spaces, they should be treated respectfully to maintain the safety and comfort of others.
