Broadway Spaces Booking Form

Broadway Avenue comes alive during the summer, and we’re inviting local performers, artists, instructors and community groups to be part of it!

The Broadway BID offers free outdoor space for performances and community activities at two locations:

Little Stone Stage
Broadway Community Patio, located at the corner of 12th Street East and Broadway Avenue, near Five Corners Café, Oakberry Açaí, Ground Yoga and Gangster’s Italian Sandwiches.

What can you do on Broadway?

We welcome a wide range of performances and activities, including:

Live Performance
Musicians, singers, bands, acoustic performers, dancers, cultural performances, theatre, spoken word, juggling, circus arts and other family-friendly entertainment.

Community Patio Activities
Art classes, workshops, fitness or movement classes, dance demonstrations, community gatherings, catered lunches or dinners, pop-ups and other creative activities that bring people together.

What you need to know

There is no fee to use the space. If your requested date and location are approved, performers may sell recordings, artwork or merchandise related to their performance or activity.

Participants are responsible for supplying and setting up their own equipment.

Little Stone Stage has access to electrical power.

The Broadway Community Patio includes built-in benches.

Submitting the form below does not guarantee a booking. It lets the Broadway BID know that you are interested in using one of these spaces, and our team will follow up regarding availability.

Busking on Broadway

You do not need to book a Broadway BID space to busk in the district.

However, if you are planning to busk on Broadway and would like more people to know where and when they can find you, we’re happy to include your performance on the Broadway event calendar. Simply send us your planned date, time and location.

Please note that busking is not a paid position through the Broadway BID. Buskers perform independently and may accept voluntary donations from the public.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

I understand and agree that I am responsible for cleaning up after my event and disposing of all trash appropriately.
I agree to abide by the community’s noise policy and other behavioral guidelines.
I agree to notify the Broadway BID immediately if any damages or incidents occur during the event.
I understand that alcohol is not permitted to be served or consumed within the booked space.
I accept that the Broadway BID reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergency).
I agree to be held responsible for any damage to property during my event.

Safety and Security: By booking any of the BBID spaces, I agree to follow all local safety regulations and community rules. I am responsible for providing security or a designated responsible adult during the event. If there is a plan to include decorations, lighting, or temporary structures such as tents, I will provide details. I agree to remove all decorations and equipment at the end of the event, ensuring the space is left in the same condition as before the performance. Additionally, I will have a plan in place for handling emergencies or medical situations. As these are shared spaces, they should be treated respectfully to maintain the safety and comfort of others.
