Odla was the brainchild of husband and wife Arlie and Brett LaRoche and their holistically managed farm, Farm One Forty is the foundation of this collaboration. Arlie, who is in charge of the day to day operations of the farm comes from a long line of Swedish farmers. With an affinity for thoughtful and creative combinations, chef and co-owner Scott Dicks creates a seasonal menu inspired by the freshest ingredients.
