5K Plogging Challenge

Be part of the 5K Plogging Event on Sunday, May 4th! This unique race combines fitness with environmental impact as participants will jog while picking up trash along the course. The event will kick off in the morning, but the final weigh-in and prize ceremony will take place at noon.

Here’s the twist: the fastest race time isn’t the only way to win! For every pound of garbage you collect, they will remove 2 minutes from your race time. The more you collect, the better your time – and the greater your impact on the environment.

Participants of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join in for a fun and rewarding day of community service, fitness, and environmental stewardship. Whether you’re racing for the best time or aiming to contribute the most to keeping our planet clean, there’s a chance for everyone to win!
