The journey started with the Vietnamese iconic ‘Banh Mi’ – a flavorsome Vietnamese street food, became a brand with banh mi enhanced flavor thanks to being produced under an European standard process, now expanding internationally with the project ‘BANH MI AND MORE’. Our inspiration turned in to action, and now has transformed into burning ambition. Saskatoon city – Canada’s breadbasket, where endless grasslands surround the curve of South Saskatchewan river, is chosen as Faifo Concept’s first destination in the journey of bringing the taste of Vietnamese ‘Banh Mi’ around the globe."
